Onstad's Lumpy Jaw Veterinary Medicine Antique cattle, sheep and dog cure for Actinomyces, a.k.a. Lumpy Jaw.
Made by Onstad Chemical Company Indianapolis Indiana.
This vintage farm yard boxed med contains original blue tissue paper
wrapped capsules of this early animal cure.
Included in the box are full instructions and the old Brass Trocar
like applicator remedy tools.
This nasty disease also affects humans.
According to the Merck Veterinary manual, Lumpy jaw is a chronic, progressive, indurated, granulomatous, suppurative abscess that most frequently involves the mandible, the maxillae, or other bony tissues in the head. Yikes!
So don't be kissing cows!
