Old bruin with text, I can Bear it, can you? Standing five and a half inches tall, this old bowtied clad beast is in great condition for age. heavy and solid corors are still vibrant. Patent info on back, though I can't make it out. Tempurature easily seen in red.

Yet it remained for the Director of The Surgery Museum Of London U.K. to kindly identify this as an Enema tube.
